Please Note: If you are getting a message at the top of your I.E. browser saying that Adobe wants to download the latest Flash player, but when you click it nothing seems to happen, you may need to upgrade your flash player directly from the Adobe Download Center and follow the instructions there. You may be told that a 64 bit version is not available, but further down that page there is a link for Adobe Flash Player 'Square' Beta version. We downloaded it onto our newest 64-bit PC running Windows 7 and it resolved the 'Flash' issues that we were experiencing. We hope this helps. (9/6/2011)
